This is a blend. PT-141, Oxytocin and Kisspeptin-10 are combined in a single 20 mg vial, 10 mg, 5 mg and 5 mg respectively. All three are neuroendocrine signalling peptides acting at three unrelated receptors: PT-141 at the melanocortin receptors MC3R and MC4R, Oxytocin at OXTR, and Kisspeptin-10 at KISS1R, where studies have measured hypothalamic signalling down the reproductive hormone axis. The combination has not been characterised as a single formulation.

PT-141 is a cyclic heptapeptide that binds MC3R and MC4R. Research has measured its activity in the central nervous system rather than in blood vessels, which separates it from other compounds studied in the same area.
Oxytocin is a nine amino acid neurohypophysial hormone closed by a disulfide bridge between residues 1 and 6, binding the oxytocin receptor OXTR.
Kisspeptin-10 is the active ten amino acid portion of kisspeptin-54. It binds KISS1R, and studies have measured hypothalamic signalling and how that signal moves down the reproductive hormone axis.

PT-141 is characterised for MC3R and MC4R activity in central nervous system models.
Oxytocin is a long-established reference ligand for the OXTR receptor.
Kisspeptin-10 is characterised for hypothalamic signalling through KISS1R.

All three are neuroendocrine signalling peptides studied in overlapping literature, though at three unrelated receptors: PT-141 at MC3R and MC4R, Oxytocin at OXTR, and Kisspeptin-10 at KISS1R. One vial holds all three under matched handling.
That vial holds 10 mg of each and no Kisspeptin. This one adds Kisspeptin-10 and supplies Oxytocin at 5 mg rather than 10 mg, for the same 20 mg total.
No. Each peptide is characterised separately and no interaction data exists for the combination.
Kisspeptin-10 is the active ten amino acid portion of the longer kisspeptin-54 sequence, and is the form supplied here.
Each lot is analysed by reverse-phase HPLC and released at ≥99%, with a Certificate of Analysis.
Store lyophilized at -20°C for long-term stability, protected from light and moisture, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
