01Our guarantee
Eon Peptides ("we," "us," "Eon Peptides") stands behind the identity, purity, and condition of every research material we ship. We want you to be confident in the reference-grade quality of what arrives at your bench, and we back that confidence with a money-back guarantee.
If a product fails to meet the specification stated on its Certificate of Analysis (COA), or if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement. Because our products are research chemicals, some items cannot be returned once opened for the safety and integrity reasons described below — but our guarantee always covers quality, accuracy, and delivery defects.
02COA-mismatch guarantee
Each lot ships with a third-party Certificate of Analysis reporting identity and purity by the methods stated on the certificate. If independent analytical testing shows that a lot does not meet the identity or purity reported on its COA, we will make it right at no cost to you.
- Choose a full refund of the affected item or a free replacement from the same or a current lot.
- Send us your independent test results (for example, HPLC or mass-spec data) along with your order number and the lot number printed on the vial.
- This guarantee applies even to opened vials — a COA mismatch is a quality defect on our side, so the opened-item restriction does not apply.
03Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If any item is damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong product, wrong quantity, or wrong lot, report it within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping you paid on the affected item.
- Email us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, the packaging, and the shipping label.
- For incorrect items, include a photo of the label on the vial you received so we can trace the lot.
- Please keep the item and packaging until your claim is resolved; we may ask you to return it with a prepaid label.
04Unopened items
If you simply ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the tamper-evident seal is fully intact and the item is in its original packaging and condition.
- Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping anything back.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend a tracked service.
- Once we receive and verify the unopened item, we issue a refund of the product price to your original payment method.
05Non-returnable items
For the safety of researchers and to protect the integrity of our supply chain, certain items cannot be returned once they leave our seal. This restriction exists because we cannot verify the storage, handling, or purity of a research material after its seal has been broken.
- Vials whose tamper-evident seal has been opened or broken.
- Reconstituted, diluted, or otherwise handled materials.
- Items outside the 14-day unopened return window.
This does not limit your COA-mismatch, damaged-item, or incorrect-item protections above — those cover quality and accuracy defects regardless of whether the item was opened. Store lyophilized material as directed on the label (typically at −20°C) to preserve stability.
06How to start a return or refund
Starting a claim is simple. Email hello@eonpeptides.com with your order number and a short description of the issue, and our team will guide you through the process and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number where a physical return is needed.
- Include your order number, the affected product and lot number, and any relevant photos or test data.
- We will confirm whether a return is required and, if so, provide an RMA number and return instructions.
- Do not ship items back without an RMA — unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
- For quality, damage, or accuracy claims we cover return shipping; for change-of-mind returns the customer covers it.
07Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, or your claim is approved, we process refunds promptly. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Approved refunds are typically issued within 3–5 business days; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
- For quality, damaged, or incorrect-item claims, we refund the full product price plus any shipping charged on the affected item.
- For change-of-mind returns, we refund the product price; original and return shipping are non-refundable.
- If a refund has not appeared after 10 business days, contact us and we will trace it with our payment provider.
08BOGO & promotional orders
When a refund involves a promotional order — such as a Buy 1 Get 1 (BOGO) or other free-item offer — the promotion is treated as a single bundle so that the discount is applied fairly.
- If you return a purchased item from a BOGO order, the associated free or discounted item must also be returned unopened, or its value is deducted from the refund.
- Refunds on promotional bundles reflect the net amount actually paid, not the full list price of each item.
- COA-mismatch, damaged, and incorrect-item guarantees apply to promotional and free items exactly as they do to paid items — we will replace or refund a defective free item at no cost.
09Order cancellations
You may cancel an order for a full refund any time before it has been dispatched. Because we aim to ship quickly, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
- Email hello@eonpeptides.com with your order number and "cancel" in the subject line.
- If the order has already been dispatched, it will be handled under the returns process above once it arrives.
- Cancellations approved before dispatch are refunded in full to your original payment method.
