PackedYour order is here
Cushioned and secured.
Orders received and cleared for payment before 2 PM ET on a business day are packed and handed to FedEx that same day. Later orders, weekends and U.S. federal holidays go the next business day. Vials are cushioned and secured to prevent movement or breakage, inside plain, unbranded outer packaging.

At dispatch
With FedExYour order is here
On the road.
It can take a few hours for FedEx to register the first scan after hand-off, so a quiet tracking page right after dispatch is normal. Transit is counted in business days, Monday through Friday, and lyophilized powder is stable for standard transit.

In your hands.
Inspect it as soon as it arrives: check the seal, check the powder, scan the code, then put it in the freezer. Every step is explained further down this page.
Inspect on arrival
Before it ships
Seven tests per vial. Lab verified.
Every new lot goes through a full seven-test panel at an independent third-party laboratory before it ships. Every result is printed on that lot's certificate.
1Made and sealed.
A batch is made, dried to a lyophilized powder and sealed in vials. Every vial from that batch shares one lot and one certificate.
2Sent to the lab.
Sealed vials from the lot go to an independent third-party laboratory, not to us. The lab is named on the certificate, and so is the client: Eon Peptides.
3Put through the panel.
These are real results from one real report: GHK-Cu 100mg, tested by ILS Laboratories.
Test 1 of 7
Test 1 of 7 HPLC
Purity
How much of the sample is the target compound?
Redrawn from the report's own trace, UV 214 nm
99.90%Spec ≥ 95.0%Pass
HPLC separates everything in the sample and measures each part as a peak. Purity is the main peak's share of all the peptide peaks. A clean result is one tall peak and a flat baseline, which is what this report shows.
Test 2 of 7 HPLC-RTM
Identity
Is it the compound on the label?
Reference standard
This lot
Same retention time, same compound. Diagram.
ConfirmedGHK-Cu 100 mgPass
A purity figure cannot tell you which molecule is in the vial. The lab matches the sample's retention time against a reference standard of the same compound.
Test 3 of 7 Quantitation
Net content
How much material is actually in the vial?
04080120 mg
107.23 mgMeasured by the labReport only
Purity is a share; net content is an amount. The lab measures the mass of compound in the sample and reports it in milligrams. It is a measurement, not a pass or fail test.
Test 4 of 7 ICP-MS
Heavy metals
Are toxic elements present?
AsArsenicLimit 1.5 ppmNot detected
CdCadmiumLimit 0.5 ppmNot detected
PbLeadLimit 1.0 ppmNot detected
HgMercuryLimit 1.5 ppmNot detected
CrChromiumLimit 10.0 ppmNot detected
Not detectedAll five metalsPass
ICP-MS counts elements by their mass. Five metals are each held to a limit. Not detected means the instrument found none above what it can measure.
Test 5 of 7 PCR
Sterility
Is there microbial contamination?
No growth
No growthSpec: No growthPass
A PCR-based test that looks for microbial DNA in the sample. The specification is No Growth, and the result has to match it.
Test 6 of 7 USP <85>
Endotoxin
Are bacterial endotoxins present?
0Limit 0.25 EU/mL
≤ 0.05 EU/mLLimit 0.25 EU/mLPass
Endotoxins are fragments of bacterial cell walls that survive heat and filtration. USP <85> is the standard method, and results come in endotoxin units per millilitre.
Test 7 of 7 Immunoassay
Fentanyl screen
Is there any fentanyl contamination?
Cutoff 50 ng/mLThis sample
Not detected50 ng/mL cutoffPass
An immunoassay screen with a stated cutoff of 50 ng/mL. It is a contamination check, so the result reads Detected or Not Detected rather than a percentage.
On every vial
It all ends up here.
The lab issues a Certificate of Analysis with every result, and it is published in full in the public COA library. Scan the COA certificate QR code on your vial to open the certificate for that lot.
In your confirmation email. If you have an account, it is also in your order history.
I cannot find my tracking email.
It is sent automatically at dispatch, to the address on your order. Check your spam or promotions folder, or enter your order number at the top of this page.
Tracking has not moved.
It can take a few hours for the carrier to register the first scan. If nothing has changed two business days after dispatch, tell us and we will investigate.
It is past the estimate.
Carrier scans can lag, so allow a few business days past the estimate. After that we open an inquiry with the carrier for you.
It looks lost.
Report it within 30 days of the dispatch date. Once a shipment is confirmed lost, we reship your order or refund it, your choice.
It arrived damaged or wrong.
Report it within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label. We send a free replacement or issue a full refund. See the refund policy.
I need to change the address.
Write to us as soon as you can, before it ships if possible. If a package comes back as undeliverable, we contact you to arrange next steps: we can reship it for a new shipping charge, or refund the product value less the original shipping cost and any carrier return fees.
I need to cancel.
You can cancel for a full refund any time before dispatch. Email hello@eonpeptides.com with your order number and "cancel" in the subject line.
What if a lot does not match its certificate?
If independent testing shows a lot does not meet the identity or purity reported on its certificate, choose a full refund or a free replacement. This applies even to opened vials. See the refund policy.
