Label quantity and measured content in a certificate
The quantity printed in a catalog and an analytical content result have different roles. One describes the offered item; the other reports a measurement under a stated method. An HPLC percentage is a third field and should not be substituted for either.

When a report supplies a content value, retain its units and basis beside the label quantity. A difference calls for source review, not an automatic conclusion from two numbers stripped of context.
