Identity confirmed and purity reported: two separate fields

Identity and purity are separate fields in a certificate. An identity statement concerns correspondence with the intended material under a stated method. A purity result describes the reported analytical signal or composition basis. Neither field should silently populate the other.

For research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.

A practical worksheet puts the exact identity wording beside the numeric purity and its method. This preserves cases where only one is available. A single green check mark loses that distinction and can imply a broader analytical conclusion than the report supports.
