HPLC peak-area purity summarizes selected chromatographic signals under the reported method. It is not automatically a measurement of the total peptide mass in the container.

Interpret the value with the method, detector and integration basis where available. Eon archive summaries preserve reported percentages and distinguish records without a numeric value. A high percentage cannot fill in an unreported identity or content result.
