Why one research compound has multiple certificates
Several certificates for one compound can represent different submitted materials, different tests, revisions or archived documents. A higher document count does not, by itself, establish a higher number of independent production samples.
For research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.
Read identifiers, dates and test descriptions before interpreting the collection. For an archive overview, the defensible first label is certificate records. A claim about distinct production groups needs an actual key and a documented rule for handling repeat reports.
Reading checklist
- Identify the document-level counting unit
- Check for revisions and repeated reports
- Avoid translating document counts into sample counts without evidence
