A certificate date is not an expiry date

A report date records a document event. It is not automatically an expiry date, stability duration or guarantee about material stored under unspecified conditions.

Do not calculate an expiry by adding a guessed interval to a certificate date. If a separate stability statement exists, retain its source and conditions. A documentation request should ask for the relevant evidence rather than infer it from the age of the PDF.
