These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Eon Peptides website and all purchases of products from Eon Peptides. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase products.
1. Research Use Only
All products sold by Eon Peptides are intended exclusively for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research and analytical purposes by qualified professionals. By purchasing any product, you confirm and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you are purchasing for lawful in-vitro research purposes only; (c) you will not use, administer, or permit the use of any product for human or animal consumption, therapeutic purposes, diagnostic applications, drug compounding, or any in-vivo application; (d) you accept full responsibility for the lawful use and handling of all products purchased.
2. Product Information & Specifications
Eon Peptides makes reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and analytical data are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product information is error-free or complete. Analytical data (purity, identity) is lot-specific and applies only to the lot identified on the Certificate of Analysis. Specifications may vary between lots within stated acceptance criteria. Product images are representative and may differ from the actual product received.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, or duties unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.
4. Orders & Shipping
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically dispatched the same day, subject to product availability and payment verification. Shipping timeframes are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. All products are shipped FOB Origin — title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Eon Peptides is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once delivered to the carrier. Tracking information will be provided via email. We currently ship within the United States only.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted except for products received in a damaged or materially defective condition. Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Eon Peptides will evaluate the claim and, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement or refund. Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before a tracking number is generated, whichever occurs first. Once a tracking number is issued, the order cannot be cancelled.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: (a) use any product for human or animal consumption, administration, or any in-vivo purpose; (b) use any product for drug compounding, therapeutic, or diagnostic purposes; (c) resell products for purposes inconsistent with these Terms; (d) export or re-export products outside the United States; (e) provide false information regarding identity, research purpose, or institutional affiliation; (f) use this website for any unlawful purpose. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate order cancellation, account termination, and reporting to appropriate authorities.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, data, and software — is the property of Eon Peptides or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eon Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of products or this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) giving rise to the claim. Products are provided “as is” for research use. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement beyond the analytical specifications documented in the lot-specific COA.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eon Peptides, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of products, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or regulation.
10. Regulatory Disclaimer
Eon Peptides is a laboratory chemical supplier. We are not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act), nor an outsourcing facility under Section 503B. Our products are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements and have not been evaluated by the FDA. No therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical application is implied. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for regulatory compliance in their jurisdiction.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida. By using this website, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
12. Modifications
Eon Peptides reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
