01Research-use only

Every product offered by Eon Peptides ("we," "us," "Eon Peptides") is supplied strictly as a reference-grade research chemical for in-vitro laboratory research and development. Our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that you will not administer, ingest, inject, or otherwise introduce any product into humans or animals, and that you will not resell or distribute our products for any such purpose. You are solely responsible for handling, storing, labeling, and disposing of research materials in accordance with all applicable laws and institutional safety protocols.

02Eligibility

By placing an order you represent that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a research institution, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where we believe the intended use is inconsistent with this research-use policy.

03Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a contract forms only when we accept and dispatch your order. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders even after an order confirmation has been sent.

• Promotional offers (including any Buy 1 Get 1 promotion) apply while supplies last and cannot be combined unless stated.
• You are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by your jurisdiction.
• Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website or our products to violate any law or regulation, to misrepresent the intended research use of any material, or to infringe the rights of others. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape the site at a scale that degrades service, or resell our materials in a manner that removes lot identification or accompanying documentation.

05Documentation & Certificates of Analysis

Each lot ships with a third-party Certificate of Analysis (COA) reporting identity and purity by the methods stated on the certificate. COAs describe the specific lot tested and are provided for your research records. Analytical figures reflect the tested sample and are not a guarantee of performance in any particular assay or application.

06Intellectual property

The site design, text, graphics, logos, and analytical presentations are the property of Eon Peptides or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from site content without our prior written permission, except for your own internal research reference.

07Warranty & limitation of liability

We warrant that products conform to the identity and purity stated on their accompanying COA at the time of dispatch. This is our sole warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all other warranties — express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose — are disclaimed.

Because we cannot control how research materials are stored, handled, or used after delivery, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a product or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

08Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eon Peptides and its officers, employees, and suppliers from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your use of our products or website, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party — including any use of a product outside the research-use scope described above.

09Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected here rather than sent individually.
